Dear Maintainer,

I'm trying to configure lighttpd to listen only on loopback.
I've added the configuration directive 'server.bind = "127.0.0.1"'.
This restricts the ipv4 listen address, however `netstat -nlp`
still reports that lighttpd is listening on :::80 -- all ipv6 addresses!

The documentation states that lighttpd should listen only on ipv4 addresses when
one is provided for server.bind, unless additional socket addresses are specified.

I've tried a few configuration combinations (use-ipv6 = "disable", different package versions),
but the problem persists.

This is in contrast to the behavior of the default install of exim4 on my system,
which is listening only on 127.0.0.1:25 and ::1:25 .
