Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Installing a package that depends on (or recommends) "pdf-viewer"
leads to the installation of evince or a similar package with the
corresponding provides. qpdfview which provides such functionality is
not considered, as the respective Provides are missing in the Debian
package.
The provides "djvu-viewer" and "postscript-viewer" are similarly
missing, though these imply qpdfview-djvu-plugin and
qpdfview-ps-plugin, respectively.

ineffective)?
* What was the outcome of this action?
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Remark: This applies to both the package in stretch and buster/sid. (I
have built the latter on stretch using cowbuilder.)
