Bug#892374: autofs: can't specify nfsvers=4.1 in auto.master

The versions of autofs currently in Debian do not support nfsvers=4.1 or
nfsvers=4.2 as a map option in the auto.master map. This makes it inconvenient
to force one of these protocols for every mount, as one needs to add the
option to each map entry individually.
This is fixed upstream in 5.1.4 (please consider packaging that).
I have successfully cherry-picked the relevant changes into 5.1.2;
one needs the following two commits:

[aa1f4321] handle additional nfs versions in mount_nfs.c
