Package: perlpanel Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: Adrian Bunk <bunk@debian.org> Hi QA, this package is one of the very few blockers that currently prevent us from removing the obsolete libgnome2-*perl from the archive. The version in the archive is a CVS (!) snapshot from 2005 and popcon is fairly low (inst:74, vote: 14). It's been orphaned back in March and is now maintained by the Debian QA group. Adrian (Cc'ed) uploaded it in June. Can I proceed and request the removal of perlpanel from the archive, or is anyone interested to remove this obsolete dependency during the Buster cycle? Context: ideally I would like to sort this out during DebCamp, so a quick answer would be appreciated. But of course I understand if you can't react this fast :) For background information, see #868398. Cheers, -- intrigeri
