Package: hamster-applet
Version: 2.91.3+git20120514.b9fec3e1-1
Severity: normal

I'm looking to bind the Hamster time tracker to a keyboard shortcut.
More specifically, I'd like to be able to trigger the displaying of the
main window without having to hunt the applet icon.

roland@polymir ~ $ hamster-time-tracker --help
Hamster time tracker. Usage:
  /usr/bin/hamster-time-tracker [overview|statistics|edit|preferences|about|toggle]

So it seems that the option I want is "toggle". However:

roland@polymir ~ $ hamster-time-tracker toggle
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/hamster-time-tracker", line 588, in <module>

  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/dbus/connection.py", line 651, in call_blocking
    message, timeout)

    raise UnknownMethodException('%s is not a valid method' % method_name)
UnknownMethodException: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Unknown method: toggle is not a valid method

Without an option, I get a second Hamster instance, whereas I'd rather
have the running one pop up its main window.

Roland.
