The typo you are reporting about is already patched (indeed if you look closer at your patch you will see that you are patching out the 'seriuos' in the patches as well!). Not sure what was going on, but I can say that in the version I'm about to upload that typo is patched correctly; I ignorantly blame CDBS and symple-patchsys.mk :P Therefore, closing for now.
