New release of ddccontrol-db

Hello Debian QA Group!

you're the official maintainer of ddccontrol-db package for debian and ubuntu.

The GIT repository of the project has been officially moved to https://github.com/ddccontrol/ddccontrol-db .

There's a new release 20170716 (https://github.com/ddccontrol/ddccontrol-db/releases/tag/20170716).

Could you please update the debian package?
