Hello.

Is there a chance of making an UTF-8 version of ekg? Currently, each
time I want to use ekg in gnome-terminal, I have to explicitly reset
the encoding to ISO-8859-2; similarly, using ekg from an UTF-8 console
requires `unicode_stop` and a keymap switch.
