Package ddccontrol-db: official site moved

Hello the maintainer of ddccontrol-db Debian package,

I've found the contact at: https://packages.debian.org/stretch/ddccontrol-db

The project ddccontrol has been moved to github, the current repository of ddccontrol-db is: https://github.com/ddccontrol/ddccontrol-db

The current maintainer, Lars Tobias Skjong-Børsting, is cooperating on project improvement. However, he's quite busy now, and I'm trying to put project together.

What is needed to be done to make package ddccontrol-db to be build from the new repository?

Disclaimer: I'm very new to Debian packaging system.
