Package: dhelp
Version: 0.6.21+nmu6
Severity: normal

My autopkg tests which use dhelp are failing, and I can confirm this is
a fresh chroot install:

$ apt-get install dhelp
(installs recommends as well)
$ dhelp foobar
Can't locate CGI.pm in @INC (you may need to install the CGI module)

Indeed, dquery imports CGI, but there's no dependency declared on it.
