Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that xmlrpc-c could not be built reproducibly due to including
the buildpath in the binary:

│ │ │ │ -ABS_SRCDIR="/build/1st/xmlrpc-c-1.33.14"

Patch attached. I believe this is only used really in the "tests"
makefile so it is safe to remove.
