Bug#850633: Window title bar visible in full screen mode

Package: blackbox
Version: 0.70.1-23+deb8u1

When some applications go into full screen mode the window title bar is still displayed. This happens with for instance the web browsers Firefox and Chromium and the text editor Pluma, all from the standard Debian 8 repository. This also happens when watching full screen HTML5 videos in either Firefox or Chromium, which is most annoying. Other applications, like PCManFM (also from the Debian 8 repository), behave correctly and does not render the window title bar in full screen mode.

Steps to reproduce: Launch Firefox and press F11 (or click View -> Full Screen).

Result: The Firefox window covers the whole screen but the window title bar is visible. Window borders are not rendered.

Expected result: The window covers the whole screen an neither window title bar nor window borders are displayed.

I use Debian GNU/Linux 8.6 with Linux kernel 3.16.0-4-amd64.
