Bug#849044: xstow: manual page xstow needs customization because of Debian build configuration

Package: xstow
Version: 1.0.0-2.1
Severity: normal

The Debian version of xstow is built with

       rules: --sysconfdir=/etc/xstow

Therefore the manual page for xstow needs to be edited to reflect
this change.
