Bug#839919: ripole: Current package doesn't contain the binary

Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

The new package is missing the binary: /usr/bin/ripole
So I guess something in the build process was going wrong. As this package only serves ripole and the manpage, the package is currently unusable.
