Bug#839241: fails on HTTPS URLs: ImportError: cannot import name get_subj_alt_name

Package: linkchecker
Version: 9.3-1
Severity: grave
Tags: upstream patch
Forwarded: https://github.com/wummel/linkchecker/issues/566

Since Jessie, linkchecker is mostly useless because it fails to check
HTTPS URLs. Although it correctly checks plaintext URLs, the HTTPS
URLs are so common that it makes it impossible to use it on any site
that has any link to an HTTPS site, or is an HTTPS site itself.

I have made a patch upstream:

https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/wummel/linkchecker/pull/656.patch

Which was bundled in the 9.3-1.1 NMU, but the issue still affects jessie.
