Bug#838552: wicd runs disconnect scripts between pre- and postconnect

Ah, ok. I thought you were arguing that they shouldn't need to be run
if the cable has been pulled out without choosing "disconnect" in
WICD and that the "predisconnect" is then still run despite it was
after unplugging the cable.
