Bug#760602: xl2tpd: xl2tp segfaults after a while

I can confirm that this is still a problem with xl2tpd_1.3.6+dfsg-4 and 
here's the patch to fix it.

I have been running this patched version now for > 3 months and the guy 
who submitted (Sorin Manolache <sorinm@gmail.com>) it has run it for 
more than a year with no problems.

Please fix this, its kindof annoying to have to build xl2tpd from 
patched source every time I need it.
