sysv-rc-conf -P shouldn't need to know Terminal Size.
One might want to use it in batch jobs.
Unable to get Terminal Size. The TIOCGWINSZ ioctl didn't work. The COLUMNS and LINES environment variables didn't work. The resize program didn't work. The stty program didn't work. at /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/perl5/5.20/Term/ReadKey.pm line 451.
