Package: gpointing-device-settings
Version: 1.3.1-1
Severity: normal

gpointing-device-settings does not maintain the settings over a logout
(such as when I reboot). This is quite annoying, since I really don't
want the touchpad on, ever, and I am forced to turn it off every time I
log in.

In order for this package to be a viable alternative to gsynaptics, it
needs to maintain its settings properly, or at least have an option to
do so. Otherwise, please reopen 523396 (and return it to grave
severity).
