error 530: discloses whether usernames are valid or not!!!

The error 530 vsftp bug has a large historial,
and today i noted and found a root corner of the problem, in pam module...
in my case all my users have false shell so i think this its the reason
why after commenting the line that request shell pam, i can login ok in ftp
The bug was posted with very intensity in launchpad bugtracket for
winbuntu cases

And find a real problem, seems that the root problem are in the vsftp pam module
that comes with the vsftp package:

commenting the line that request a valid shell solves the problem
that xplain why for some users work and for others not
please solve that problem
my configuration use local users, and as i tested in same environment
as posted in the links
that provided, i noted the lasteed that my shell users does not have
valid shell ..
later try with postgresql venenux setup users, and of course does not
have valid shell either
so i think now that the vsftp pam module must ve carefully revised
