arista-transcode almost always exits with return code 0, even if it was
terminated because of an error (such as disk full, invalid input, etc).

It would be very useful if it caught such problems more gracefully and set
appropriate return codes that could be interpreted by a calling script.
(Eg. to allow a script to transcode all .avi files in a directory to webm
format and delete the originals on success.)

I'm guessing this requires a change from upstream...
