Hi,
While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that htdig could not be built reproducibly.
The attached patch removes the (rather useless) Makefiles from the
html docs dir, in particular Makefile.gz which captured environment from
the build system (eg. USER, etc).
Once applied, htdig can be built reproducibly in our reproducible
toolchain.
