Bug#728578: Hotot: upstream discontinued

Hi,

JFTR: Hotot-Gtk works very fine for me, too. (No segfault at start as
described in #728578.)

A pity that upstream doesn't want to continue the project. IMHO the
best UI of all twitter clients I know in Debian.

Please keep it at least in Unstable for some more time to see if any
of its forks persist.

There's at least one fork on Github with commits from only a few
months ago: https://github.com/Volvagia356/Hotot/commits/master

Other promising forks seems to be
https://github.com/AshKyd/Hotot/commits/master (last commit about one
year ago in April 2014, though) and
https://github.com/sudaraka/Hotot/commits/master (last commit in
September 2014).

Especially AshKyd writes in the README of his fork: "Hotot was
previously maintained at @lyricat/Hotot, however that project is no
longer being maintained or accepting pull requests. The intention of
this branch is to cut out some of the more superfluous functionality
such as GTK builds and maintain a more basic Hotot into the future."
