Bug#783376: glhack: Doesn't start with error message Cannot lock /var/games/glhack/perm for unknown reason (1)

Dear Maintainer,

When attempting to run glhack it fails with the following error message:
$ glhack
Warning: cannot write scoreboard file /var/games/glhack/record
-- glHack: Autodetected video depth: 32 bits per pixel.

-- glHack: Selected 800x600...
/var/games/glhack/perm_lock: Operation not permitted
Cannot lock /var/games/glhack/perm for unknown reason (1).

This sounds similar to <http://bugs.debian.org/546986> which should be 
fixed in this package version.
