The postinst apparently tries to use /dev/MAKEDEV :
Paramétrage de irda-utils (0.9.18-14) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/irda-utils.postinst: ligne 141: /dev/MAKEDEV: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type
(which in french tells us that /dev/MAKEDEV doesn't exist, somewhere in line 141).
