Package relations are directional: A hyphenation dataset arguably does
not "depend" on being used, and certainly not by a specific consumer.
Please do not recommend libreoffice-writer, as that causes needless
baggage when used in other contexts, e.g. with scribus or frescobaldi.
While at it, please consider drop provision of virtual package
openoffice.org-hyphenation (i.e. singular form) - it seems a typo and is
apparently unused by any consumer.
