The path quoted in the man page exist on my system, and is provided by
libc6-dev-i386 (of all things…).  It seems the actual path can be
system-dependent (/usr/include/sys on x86, /usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu
on i386; the linux/mtio.h file is different, as that's a kernel header).

I'll patch the man page to note that this path can vary by system.
