Bug#753347: dvbcut: Crash when exporting to MPEG program stream DVD DVBCUT multiplexer

I can confirm the bug as well as the fact that the sent patch from
Bernhard Übelacker <bernhardu@vr-web.de> is working (at last for me).

I know that the package is orphaned, but while the package without
the patch is nearly useless it would be nice if somebody of the
multimedia-team applied the patch to the package nevertheless ;-)

Meanwhile I built personal packages of dvbcut available at: 
apt.klaumikli.de/testing
