Hi,

For some reason, the NAS-Identifier attribute is missing from
/etc/radiusclient/dictionary - it's only in dictionary.merit, whose
description seems to be either outdated or just plain wrong, because
this attribute is part of RFCs 2865, 2138, 2058, which have been out
for over eleven years now, so...

The other attributes in the dictionary.merit file seem to be fine, too.
The Acct-Input-Packets and Acct-Output-Packets attribute definitions in
there are duplicated (those two aren't missing from dictionary proper).
It looks like only the "VALUE" thing in that file is actually relevant.

Please fix this. TIA.
