Package: libradius1

Hi,

This package is named "libradius1", but the shared library inside it
is actually:

% objdump -p /usr/lib/libradiusclient.so.0.0.1 | grep SONAME
  SONAME libradiusclient.so.0

So, the package should actually be named "libradiusclient0".

Furthermore, the package description says:

"This is the libraries needed by any client needing the RADIUS protocol."

That is way too broad - not every RADIUS client needs this, indeed, a cursory
search shows that only a single package other than radiusclient1 needs this
particular library. There are several other RADIUS protocol implementations,
in Debian packages as well.

Please fix this. TIA.
