Hello,

please be aware that libvigraimpex is orphaned/QA maintained. And it
is also somewhat broken.

* 1.9.0 nowadays FTBFS with a testsuite error in ix86
* 1.10 (experimental) FTBFS on mips (I could not reproduce the amd64
  error there.)
