New colours for fte

Dear Debian QA Group

I have altered the default colours in FTE so that blue is now visible on 
a black background.
The colour changes are:
  darkBlue     --> blue
  blue         --> DodgerBlue
  darkYellow   --> orange

These colours are quite distinctive.
