Bug#724673: bochs: Support for vga: extension=cirrus is missing

Dear Maintainer,
Support for  vga: extension=cirrus is missing.
Add a line --enable-clgd54xx \ to debian/rules[111] and it will be 
compiled in and the option can be used. 
tested on amd64
