Bug#715373: libzvbi produces unconditional debug output to stderr

Hi,

Using the text export from libzvbi produces debug output such as

vbi_print_page_region 'UTF-8' table=1 col=0 row=1 width=41 height=24

to stderr.  Attached quilt patch fixes this.
