Backport of policyd-weight

Hi Micah,

I am the current Maintainer of the policyd-weight. I've seen that in
stable Backports there is still policyd-weight (0.1.15.1-3~bpo60+1)
which only applies for Old-Stable as Wheezy has been released :)

In Wheezy (Stable) there is now 0.1.15.2-5 which is much newer then
0.1.15.1-3~bpo60+1 in Stable-BPO.
