Some Qt 3 programs no longer draw two symbols correctly (the Romanian ș and ț; U+0218 to U+021B) according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanian_alphabet#Unicode_and_HTML). Instead these programs show a square. No Qt 4 programs are affected. 

Affected Qt 3 programs:
qtconfig-qt3
Amarok 1.4
Kedit
Kooka

Not affected Qt 3 programs:
Opera 10

How to test:
-install qt3-qtconfig and qt4-config
-start qtconfig-qt3  and qtconfig-qt4
-go to the Fonts tab in both programs, choose Liberation (Sans for ex.) and type șȘțȚ 
-notice that qt4 redenders them correctly but not qt3
This may introduced by another package, as I don't remember a qt3 upgrade recently. Please see attached picture for a quick glimpse.
