The following /etc/init.d/thttpd.local and /etc/thttpd/thttpd.local.conf are useful for running a local non-chrooted server alongside a chrooted server.  This is useful in the case of things like using dwww for documentation locally, but keeping chrooted server for 'real' web serving.
