Bug#695608: python-kinterbasdb: RM python-kinterbasdb ; abandoned upstream , python-fdb will be packaged instead

python-kinterbasdb is abandoned upstream , the official Firebird python stable driver is fdb

Installation for the fdb driver is done now with pip , but soon we will
have a package request for debian 

The advantage for python-fdb driver is : pure python driver based on
ctypes, works with python 2.x and python 3.x

it is used in the torture QA testing of Firebird server so it is
maintained by the Firebird team
