Package: smarty
Version: 2.6.6-1
Severity: wishlist

php.ini should be updated to reference the smarty path so that when you

	require_once("Smarty.class.php");

it will automagically start working without changing php.ini .

This is on tha basis that it is unreliable hard-coding or wiring in the
full absolute path of Smarty.class.php into a web application.
