Bug#642116: xfishtank: debian/copyright misses copyright from source

Package: xfishtank
Severity: serious

debian/copyright only lists John Bradley <bradley@trilon.com>
and Jef Poskanze, but the source also contains additional copyright
notices:

from vroot.h (used to compile the binary that ends in the package):
                   Copyright 1991 by Andreas Stolcke
Copyright 1990 by Solbourne Computer Inc.
                          Longmont, Colorado

its documentation for any purpose and without fee is hereby
granted, provided that the above copyright notice appear in all
copies and that both that copyright notice and this permis-
sion notice appear in supporting documentation, and that the
name of Solbourne not be used in advertising
in publicity pertaining to distribution of the software without
    specific, written prior permission.

ANDREAS STOLCKE AND SOLBOURNE COMPUTER INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES

OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER

    OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

README.TrueColor says:

You may use, redistribute this version as long as you keep all the READMEs and
copyright stuff with the code. This is to ensure credit goes to those deserve.
After all, I did not write this code. I only add TrueColor support.

There no warranty of any kind. Use this code at your own risk. Don't blame me
for any damage it may cause. Bugfixes and comments are welcome.

Additionally xfishtank.1x also claims xfishtank is:

.\" Copyright (c) 1988-92 (xfishtank)
.\" Jonathan Greenblatt
.\" Dave Lemke
.\" Eric Bina

but none of those are listed in debian/copyright...
