Package: eterm-themes
Version: Version: 0.9.2.20030422-1

Almost all themes in the package eterm-themes contain several items in
their Background/Pixmap/Tiled and Background/Pixmap/Scaled submenus
for changing the background pixmap of eterm, but are not bound to any
pixmap actually delivered with either the eterm or the eterm-themes
packages.

Choosing a item with a non existing background pixmap generates a
error like this:

Eterm:  Error:  Unable to locate file "scale/ripple.jpg" in image path.

Themes affected are the following: arctic, BlueBrushedMetal,
BlueSteel, brassalloy, BrushedMetal, cEterm, crux, cyrus, dirtchamber,
e-chaos, Estep, get-e, glass, MySpiffE, nIx, Orange_Juice, solid,
SpiffE, StarEnli, Steves.


Possible sollutions:
--------------------

1.) Providing the missing images in either eterm or etherm-themes
    package. Many of these, but not all, are provided in the Eterm
    backgrounds tarball www.eterm.org/download/Eterm-bg-0.9.2.tar.gz

2.) Changing the menus in the affected themes according to the menu of
    the theme Eterm, which has background entries showing only those
    pixmaps actually delivered with either eterm or eterm-themes.

This is a bug noticed on Sunday, Feb 8, 2004, on Debian Sarge.
