Package: gnome-swallow-applet
Version: 1.2-1
Severity: normal

When you run this on the second head to add to the panel, it comes up
with the dialog on the first head, then dies and comes with the "applet
appears to have died dialog"
playing with this has also resulted in the gnome panels being
unresponsive, but no dialog box or other is running, requiring you to
manually kill gnome_swallow (as a restart of gnome-panel would restart
