Hello,

While checking the list generated by lintian about the
orphaned-package-should-not-have-uploaders error[1] I've noticed
rscheme is listed.

Quoting the same page: "Packages with their maintainer set to
packages@qa.debian.org, i.e. orphaned packages, should not have
uploaders. Adopt the package properly if you want to resume its
maintenance."

You filed the bug http://bugs.debian.org/451062 in Debian BTS
against the package rscheme. I'm closing it at *unstable*, but it will
remain open for older distributions.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/341874. That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
