Sorry for the duplicate, but I have a small update and I'm very new to this whole bug reporting thing, being a recent Slackware to Debian convert.  I removed my ~/.ntrc_2/ configuration directory.  Turns out that the problem occurs only when I have the DND basket enabled, and I DID manage to milk some error messages out of it:

(d4x:9978): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_queue_draw: assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed

(d4x:9978): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_queue_draw: assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed

I just won't use the DND basket.  Started using Flashgot the other day anyway.  Again if there is anything more from me needed, please let me know!

Hi,

Upon a recent debian unstable upgrade, d4x has been rendered unusable. Currently, the program hangs with no discernible error messages, and can be closed normally with the window manager.  It almost appears to be an incompatibility with the latest GTK/gnome - but I can't be sure due to the lack of error messages/logs...  It's the same with the packaged version and various revisions on my own compiled version.  I attached a screenshot due to the lack of logs.  The GTK errors in the terminal window (barely visible) regard errors in the hicolor/icon-theme.cache and should not be interpreted as d4x errors.

If there are any extra steps I can take to help troubleshoot this I'd be happy to help.
