Bug#571681: The save option does not provide a mechanism to save as a new file

Package: gmanedit
Version: 0.4.2-1
Severity: normal

When an attempt is made to save a newly created manual page, the save option
does not ask for a filename, but instead opens a file browser and does not
provide the facility to save the document.
