Bug#564934: libcgi: should this package be removed?

Source: libcgi
Severity: serious
Justification: orphaned, inactive upstream, low popcon, no rdepends
User: debian-qa@lists.debian.org
Usertags: proposed-removal

libcgi seems like a candidate for removal from Debian:

* orphaned
* inactive upstream (no releases since 2003)
* low popcon (6 votes)
* library with no rdepends
* security-sensitive (CGI) packages shouldn't be unmaintained :-)

If you want to keep this package around in Debian, please adopt it.

If you don't think it's worth keeping, please send the following commands
to control@bugs.debian.org, replacing nnnnnn with this bug's number:

severity nnnnnn normal
reassign nnnnnn ftp.debian.org
retitle nnnnnn RM: libcgi -- RoQA; orphaned, inactive upstream, library with no rdepends
