Package: mgp
Version: 1.10a-3
Severity: normal

Hi,

I found a bug in a particular case I use.

I use:
file default.mgp
%deffont "standard" xfont "helvetica-medium-r", tfont "arial.ttf"
%deffont "typewriter" xfont "courier-medium-r", tfont "courbd.ttf"

file bug.mgp
%include "default.mgp"
%page
%pcache 1 1 2 100

Title

	Before pause
%pause
	Not typewriter

%page

Title

%font "typewriter"
	typewriter
%%font "standard"

Command used: mgp -x xft bug.mgp

Symptom: the text "Not typewriter" should use the standard font but is
rendered using the "typewriter" font.

I can correct the font used if I remove a % in the line "%%font "standard""
I think the culprit is somewhere in %pcache and/or %pause management.

--- Begin Message --- As suggested by http://ekaia.org/blog/2009/01/01/new-years-proposal-look-at-your-reported-bugs/ I tried to reproduce the problem I reported.

I cannot reproduce the bug anymore. Everything is working as expected now.

I close the bug.
