Bug#555407: python-configobj: Fresh upstream is way too long overdue (The current version is 4.6.0, dated 13th April 2008)
The most recent upload to Debian is 4.5.3 which is more than a year and
it lives only in experimental for some reason since original upload.
Meanwhile it has been 1/2 year since fresh upstream release 4.6.0.
