Bug#544203: [bsdiff] Segfaults when diffing two files

The backtrace is attached (sry for using xz-utils from experimental, but it 
was the only tool which compressed the backtrace well).
So it is quite obvious. The data on stack gets to big. Maybe it should be 
forwarded to upstream.
