downsampling of files fails due to missing sox binary. the following line in gnump3d.conf will result in an error when sox is not installed:

downsample_high_ogg   = /usr/bin/sox -t ogg $FILENAME -t raw - | oggenc --raw --downmix -b 96 -

add sox package dependency to resolve
